Fitness Friday

Happy Friday!!!
I have been sick all week. My nose has been so stuffy. I haven't had a whole lot of energy, which is kinda shitty since I have worked every day. But I am not the type of person to call in sick...I just hold my head up and work :)

I have posted my work out below. Unfortunately it isn't as hardcore as I would like, but due to being sick I just couldn't. If anyone every has any work out questions or questions about the exercises I post feel free to ask. I am more than happy to help you out :)

Interval Training and Back
{15 rounds of 60 seconds with 10 seconds rest}
Sandbag Row 40 lb
Dead Lifts 16 lb
Jump Rope

{6 rounds of 25 seconds with 15 seconds rest}
Reverse Push Up
Pull Up Hangs

Interval Training
{15 rounds of 60 seconds with 10 seconds rest}
Ab Wheel
Stability Ball Abs
Side Sandbag Lifts 40 lb (for obliques)
Jump Rope
10 minutes of 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest

Rest Day

Crazy Arm work out

Thursday cardio because I am still a bit sick :(
{20 rounds of 60 seconds with 10 seconds rest}
Switch leg each round
Side Step Up
Backward Lunge with 30 lb
One Leg Dip
one foot (just your toes) on a chair behind you helping to keep your balance,
then the other leg in front at a 90 degree angle and dip down so the knee of the back leg almost hits the ground

I hope you get to feeling better -- I know when i get sick that's my body's way of saying "HEY YOU! Slow down, get some rest!!" Which apparently is what I need to do now =/ Stupid being sick lol
