Fitness Friday

These work outs aren't the hardest, but I have still not fully recovered from being sick...so I had to take it a little easy unfortunately. Something is better than nothing right? :)

Monday
Abs & Cardio
{15 rounds of 60 seconds with 10 seconds rest}
Stability Ball Crunches
Side Sandbag Lifts 40 lb
Leg Lifts Hanging from Pull Up Bar
then
20 minutes of treadmill

Tuesday
Legs
{15 rounds of 60 seconds with 10 seconds rest}
Sandbag Squat and Leg Kick Up 40 lb
Plank Position Leg Lifts & Kicks (for butt)
Step Up Knee Raises and into Back Lunge with 8 lb dumbbells (switch legs each round)
no cardio today...getting over cold makes it difficult to increase heart rate :(

Wednesday
Assisted Pull Ups {2 sets of 10...Im not good with pull ups}
{3 sets of 12}
Sandbag Row 40 lb
Stability Ball Back Flies 5 lb dumbbells
Stability Ball Tricep Pulls 8 lb dumbbells
then
20 minutes of high incline (10.0) treadmill

Thursday
Arms & Cardio
{3 sets of 12}
Bicep Curls 10 lb dumbbells
Bicep Hammer Curls 10 lb dumbbells
5 lb dumbbell punches
then
Tricep Reverse Curls 5 lb
Tricep Behind the head Raises 10 lb
then
20 minutes of high incline (10.0) on treadmill

Next week I am determined to get back to doing more high intensity work outs. Well, as long as I don't get sick from this coming weather change. Now it is supposed to get "hot" again. I haven't had the energy or the breathing power to jump rope or do crazy interval training, but I am hoping next week to start again :)

Hope you feel at your best VERY soon! Some workout is def. better then no workout. Think about it... some people don't even do that, be proud of yourself! Have a great weekend.
