Fitness Friday

Friday
Abs
{3 reps of 30}
Stability Ball Crunches
Ab Wheel (making an arrow so you work left & right obliques and center abs)
Stability Ball Ab Tuck
then
20 minutes of high incline (10.0) on treadmill

Saturday
work out via
this work out totally got my heart going, even though it doesn't sound like it would
Round 1~ Get Ups 10x (lay on your back and stand up without using hands)
Round 2~ Round 1 plus 20x backward lunges
Round 3~ Round 1 & 2 plus 20x Sandbag Squats (40 lb)
Round 4~ Round 1 & 2 & 3 plus 40x One Leg Toe Touch Using Abs (lay on ground and lift one leg at a time straight up towards ceiling, bring torso off ground and reach for toes. Your body becomes a 'v')

Sunday
Rest Day

Monday
Abs & Cardio
{15 sets of 60 seconds each with 10 seconds rest}
Stability Ball Crunches
Ab Wheel
Suitcase Crunches

Tuesday
Arms & Cardio
{3 sets of 12 each}
Biceps
"21's" 8 lb dumbbells
Triceps
Behind the head raises 8 lb dumbbells
Backwards Hammers 8 lb dumbbells
Shoulders
Punches 5 lb dumbbells
Press 8 lb dumbells
Front Raises 5 lb dumbbells
Side Raises 5 lb dumbbells
then
20 minutes of running on treadmill

 Wednesday
Ran on treadmill for 20 minutes
I cannot remember for the life of me what exercises I did...sorry
Thursday
No work out...Not in the mood after ruining the truck :(
