Totally Ruined My Day

Part of my new duties as a shift supervisor is when I work mornings I have to make the daily deposit. I started work at 6:00am today and everything was going just dandy. I was actually completely in other manager or supervisor was on duties. Everything was going fine.
At 10am the next supervisor came in, so I could do other things than be 'on the floor'. I worked on the deposit and got it ready to take to the bank. I got to the bank and was stoked there was no line in the drive thru. I pulled up, put the deposit thru the slide out drawer and waited for the receipt.
A minute or two goes by and I get the receipt back. I proceed to pull the truck out of the line and BAM!!! I hear a crunch. The worst noise ever :( I was shocked, not quite sure what just happened. I pulled forward and parked.
I got out and saw this

I didn't gage the drive thru correctly and totally wrecked the side of our truck :( You know the cement cylinder posts between each lane...well I totally scrapped the truck against it. The entire back passenger door, in front of the wheel and the step stool thing are scrapped up. Badly scrapped up :( There are ripples in the door!! :(
I totally started crying. I called Tony immediately and left him a message. I text him. I couldn't get ahold of him. I felt/still feel terrible about it. This is his dream truck and I am the first one to make it look ugly. I am the first one to cause the 'accident' and make us have to spend money to fix it :(

I hate myself for it. Tony wasn't pissed, but he was upset. He was upset that I drove the car for work purposes. He was upset becase it will cost a lot to fix.
I am still feeling sick over ruining the truck.
Ugh!!! The only good news is that it is still totally driveable...trying to be optimistic, although it is pretty difficult.
Why?!?! Why did I have to be in the first 'accident'?!?!
Did I mention this is Tony's dream truck?!?

I'm so sorry!! At least you weren't in an accident where you were hurt! I've been there before with the totally avoidable accidents so I can understand your frustration!

I cannot even tell you how many times I have done something like that. It sucks. And even though you have a good husband who is trying to be nice about, you still feel like crap. Man I totally understand.
