Hula Circle

Sunday morning we were up and coffee to Huntington Beach.
But had to make a little pit stop, before we got on the freeway,
at Starbucks.
I know, I know but I cannot help myself.
I love my coffee!!!

Once we got to Hula Circle {that is actually the name of the street believe it or not} I was a little disappointed. See in the above photo I have a super cute dress on, well it was pretty chilly so I had to change into jeans...boo!!
The sun never came out!!!

First things first when you are at a BBQ...
the infamous red cup.

We all know the RED cup.
We all know there is no water in the RED cup.
We all know you must have a RED cup in hand at all times ;)
{Tony and his dad}

Hula Circle was filled with
beach cruisers
RED cups
beer bottles
tons of food

Games of cornhole. Actually cornhole competition for money.
We didn't play because well let's face it...
we suck at that game.

We played ping pong.
I lost all three games.

One of the coolest & funniest {not words, I know} things was one of the girls skating around with
tequila and vodka shots.

Tony and I had our fair share :)
We can't even look straight at the camera lol
I have to say, I haven't had that much alcohol in a l.o.n.g. time!!
We don't drink too often and when we do it is just a fish bowl glass of wine or one bottle of beer.
That's all.
But we were celebrating for America...so why not drink, right? ;)

It got really chilly as the day went on :(
We had to get our sweaters.
One of the neighbors has pool lifeguard chairs that they painted. They are pretty cool.
Tony and I were playing King and Queen
just kidding....or am I? ;)

Huntington Beach is one of our favorite places to be.

Hope everyone had a great 3-day weekend.
This is my last week for my Anatomy course...woo hoo!!!

I'm sorry it was so chilly! But it still looks like y'all had a blast. I had never thought about the red cups as "THE red cups" ha ha! Good point!
