Thankful

First and foremost I am so thankful for my amazing husband. He is my biggest support, my best friend, my love. He brings me so much happiness and laughter and joy.
I am thankful for my parents. They have been huge supports in my life. You two have taught me so much and I find myself becoming like the two of you. Although, I know each of you are probably thinking
'oh no don't be like dad.' 'oh no don't be like mom'  ;-)
I am thankful for my sisters. You three mean the world to me. Watching you all grow into beautiful young women has been such a blessing and fun experience. I am so glad we are now friends and not just sisters.
I am thankful for my friends. I have a few friends that have been there for me through thick and thin. They have lent their shoulders for me to cry on. They have listen to me complain. They have made me laugh like I've never laughed before.
I am thankful for a job. I know how hard it is in this economy to have a job and I am beyond grateful for the one I have.

I am thankful for all the service men and women (military, police, fire, etc) near and far. Protecting our country. Serving our country. Giving their lives for us.

There is so much to be thankful for. I could go on and on. This year I will be spending Thanksgiving with my hubby, dad, and two sisters. It will be the first Thanksgiving I will not be with my mom and other sister. I am sad. Very sad actually. We will have fun stories to tell each other. I will be enjoying my time with those I'm with. I am excited to be hosting and having my family over. I am super excited for tomorrow.

Eating. Drinking. Laughing. Sharing stories. Making new ones.

Happy Thanksgiving!!

Glad you had such nice Thanksgiving, but understand how hard it can be when you aren't with everyone you care about! This was how I felt last year at Christmas, the first ever Christmas in 30 years that she hadn't been with us, but was spending it with her husband's family...but this year she is with us again! Very sweet post...and you and your hubby are adorable!
