fall, already?!?!?

I cannot believe it is already September!! Seriously, where in the world has this year gone?!?! We are entering fall in a few short weeks. Then my birthday. Then Christmas. Then New Years. Woah!! Woah!! I am totally getting ahead of myself. Live in the moment Lindz!! Live for now!!
Working on living this motto.

Anywho...back to what this post is about. Some things I am pretty excited about for fall.

*for cooler temps. It just totally sucks when it is 110 outside and we have no air conditioner. Although truthfully I we am way too cheap to turn it on. A fan just isn't cutting it on this killer hot days.

*tortilla soup & cornbread loaded with butter and honey!!!

*to order totally fattening. way too much sugar. loads of calories. yummy Starbucks drinks.
The salted caramel mocha!! Pure heavenly! Pure enjoyment!

*cuddling up with a blanket watching movies. Particularly holiday movies.

*wearing sweatshirts. Totally thrilled about these. I don't know about you, but I love sweatshirts!!! Like I have way too many for a girl who has grown up in southern California. A few weeks ago we were 'cleaning out' as Tony so thoroughly enjoys...and he made me I willingly got rid of a few.
Best fall/winter outfit!! :)

*pumpkin scones. Enough said!

*Paula Deen's pumpkin cheesecake

*Fall scents from Yankee Candle

*boots.scarves.long sleeves.beanies. I need some tall brown boots this fall. any suggestions?!?!?

*plaid. anything plaid. I feel like fall is the perfect time to wear plaid. Hubby hates it! I love it!

Now if only these 90* temps would leave us this week....
It isn't looking good from now until next weekend from what I see.

Happy September!!
