Saw It. Pinned It. Did It. {recipe}

Seriously all last night i was thinking today was going to be Friday and that the weekend was almost here. Not that I'm thrilled for this coming weekend since all I get to do is study my arse off for my final on Monday. A super fun filled weekend. 
Aren't ya'll jealous?!

Anyways, since it isn't Friday and it truly is Thursday, I am sharing another delicious recipe with you. 

I think this is one of my new favorite recipes, besides the Greek Chicken I shared last week. 
One that I will be sure to keep in my recipe book. It is simple, light, and best of all healthy :)
4-5 tbs of olive
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp paprika
1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1-2 tbs fresh lemon juice
1-2 tbs dry white wine {I used regular white wine and I think it came out perfect}
salt and pepper to taste
parsley to garnish

In a saute pan over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add garlic, red pepper flakes and paprika and saute until fragrant. Increase heat to high, add shrimp, lemon juice and dry white wine. Stir well, and saute until the shrimp turn pink... about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley.
{hubs plate...I cant eat that much. he loves his quinoa!}

I promise you it is delicious. You will love it. Left overs are pretty darn good too! :)
