A Morning Smoothie

Good Morning Beauties!
We recently treated ourselves to a Vitamix. 
The best present you would possibly ever buy yourself....or receive. 
Seriously, we have probably already gotten our money's worth. We use it about 5 days a week.

Hanging out with the girls {Katie & Stephanie} of Saw It. Pinned It. Did It. Have you noticed a trend that I always post recipes, rarely do I have projects for this link up. Apartment living = not enough room to have beautiful things. One day. One day. I will get to use all my saved pins for a beautiful home.
I am thinking that time will be next year :)

Anyways, back on track.
Last night, I found this Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie, but we didn't have all the ingredients....
so let's just say it was my pin-spiration ;)

And I have to say it turned out quite delicious. Only thing is I would have it in the morning rather than evening...it was a little too filling from the peanut butter.

Need:
Vitamix {any blender could work}
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 whole banana
1 heaping handful of spinach
1 heaping handful of broccoli
3 Tbsp crunchy peanut butter
1 Tbsp honey
6-8 cubes of ice
Voila, a Peanut Butter Banana Protein Smoothie.
It looks green, but I promise you it doesn't taste green.

Happy Thursday. Or should I say Happy Friday because I think I just decided I will take a PTO day tomorrow because I can. And I have the vacation hours. And because who wouldn't want a four day weekend instead of a three?!?!?

I want a Vitamax so badly!! Does it chop up the broccoli and other veggies really finely?
