simple & fresh

The other night Tony made a new recipe.
Our dinner was light. fresh. simple.
It was just plain delicious.
Mahi Mahi with cucumbers and tomatoes {sprinkled in pepper}.
With a glass or two of Apothic Rose.

*1/4-1/2 cup of Tessemae's {from Whole Foods} marinate over night
Day of
*sprinkle of garlic salt
*sprinkle of pepper
*sprinkle of sage
*bake at 350* for 20-25 minutes
