Legs days are the worst. And by worst I mean the absolute best!! Seriously though, don't you agree?!?
After a leg workout, I feel like I just kicked some major ass!! My entire body feels it. This morning I sit here, two days after doing this workout and my legs are still sore. The kind of sore where you have to slowly lower yourself onto the toilet. But I love it!!! It's a sense of accomplishment.

Two of my favorite legs exercises are Bulgarian split squats & plyometric box jumps. These will get your boots and legs into top shape. I promise!! They work wonders. Weighted squats are another favorite that I do weekly, but everyone knows what those look like so I didn't include them in the video.

I made this video {and have posted on IG} to show you how to do these. They aren't easy. It took me a hot minute to figure out the Bulgarian split squat...not sure why but I couldn't grasp it ;) And the plyo jumps...it is all mental. Seriously! I have to pump myself up to jump onto the box. The box is about 1.5-2 ft high. But every single time we do this exercise, I laugh at myself because I have to get into a certain mind set before I actually jump. Tony just laughs at me....or with me, I hope.

Another thing I LOVE about these, is you can do them at home. You don't need any special equipment. Find anything in your house to rest your foot on {a chair, the couch} and just get a milk crate for the jumps {which is what we used to use}. The height isn't a huge deal, it's the fact it gets you moving and it's a full body exercise.

I'd love to hear if you try these. Trust me when I say it is worth it!! You will see results if you consistently move your body and eat clean majority of the time. Have fun with it, don't let working out be a drag.
