Skull Crushers

Ready to have sexy toned arms for tank top and bikini season. Or better yet, year around.
Getting fit shouldn't just be for a season, it should be a lifestyle. For us it is, and I want to share with you some of my favorite exercises and tips that I've learned to research and through my awesome husband.

Now let's get to it. Let's get fit!

Skull crushers will help get you that for sure.
They are killer, but seriously the best!
You're arms will be sore. But I love sore, it means I worked by toosh off and I am reaching my goals.

*Grab a set of weights // a curl bar or a straight bar with weight plates
{I use a 10 lb curl bar with 15 lbs added, a total of 25 lbs. But if you are a beginner, I suggest much lighter...maybe about 5 or 10 lbs total}

*Find a bench or a chair and rest your back over it.

*Start with your arms straight up above your shoulders.

*Bend your arms at a 90* angle with the bar/weight coming close to your forehead. Hold for a second or two, then push your arms straight again.

*Do 3 sets of 12 reps
