Blueberry Protein Smoothie

Every day for lunch the man and I have a protein smoothie. Some days they turn out delicious, other days not so much. It's all about experimenting. Right? ;) Well yesterday's smoothie was given a thumbs up by Tony, which means it will be on repeat for sure. {side note: we use a Vitamix which keeps all fiber and nutrients in the smoothie; whereas a juicer takes some of the away.}
1.5 cup vanilla coconut milk
1 scoop non-flavored whey protein powder
1 spoonful ground flax
1/2 banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 heaping handful spinach/kale mix
4 cubes frozen pineapple

Blend & drink!
