Baby Bump Day {19}

some days the bump looks huge, other days it looks small....I don't get it.

How far along: 19 weeks!!!

Baby Size: 6.0 inches and 8.5 ounces

Baby's Progress: Sensory development is exploding, so we started playing classical music at night. My parents have always told me they did that with my brother, and no joke he was a genius. Buuuut....like always, things with the second child are slacked on and well yea... Not nearly as smart as my brother was. Her body is now proportional with her arms and legs. She is looking like a real human. Woo hoo for progress!

Sleep: Same ol' same ol'. I get up to pee at least once a night. I toss and turn all.night.long. because I get paranoid if I wake up on my back. I can't sleep on my right side because my shoulder has hurt for the past few years. So that leaves me with the left, which I know is good, but every night all night on one side, gets extremely uncomfortable. I do have to say though that the body pillow has helped tremendously!

Gender: It's a girl!!!! Ava Reese :)

Movement: Very slight movement. Every once in a while I feel flutters, but nothing big yet. When does this come, I wanna feel her, rather than just see her moving on the ultrasounds.

Best moment this week: Finding out the gender. Duh!! And buying a handful of baby clothes. Holy smokes, I am going to go broke. I cannot stop myself, everything is just too damn cute!! I mean come on.... hot pink skinny cords. Major heart eyes!!!
Looking forward to: Nothing baby related, but I am totally looking forward to a warm three-day weekend! Sunday is our 7 'date-iversary', so we may go out to dinner or something but not sure.

Food cravings: None.

Weirdest food I ate: I'm normally not a fan of a lot of sour cream, but we had Mexican food the other night and I couldn't get enough of it on my burrito. It was like do you want a burrito with that white stuff?

Anything making your queasy or sick: Nope, thank goodness.

What I miss: Fitting into jeans.

Symptoms: I had a slight bleeding episode last Wednesday morning {as I have had this previous}, so the doctor recommend if it happens to come in. So I went in and they found a lesion/polyp on the outside of my cervix, when they did a pap. Good news is my cervix is closed, but they aren't sure if the lesion is causing bleeding or where it's coming from. They told me to not be alarmed or worried, but that this Wednesday I would need to see a high risk OB, just so she can check me out and see if she deems me a high risk patient. yea, ok so how am I not supposed to be alarmed by that?!?!? They told me to keep walking and keep doing all my normal activities until I hear otherwise. I will have to get another pap by her and see what she sees. Also, tailbone still hurts all the time.

Workouts: Since moving into our new place, I have been waking up between 4:45 and 5:30 {depending on the day} to work out. I've been walking 2 miles every single day, and honestly I feel amazing. Yes of course it's nothing compared to what I'm used to, but it works for now. I do 8-10 pound weighted arm exercises twice a week, and legs 1 or 2 times a week depending on how I feel. But I make sure to walk every day, whether on the treadmill or outside with the pup {which is obviously much more enjoyable}

I cannot believe we are almost half way through this pregnancy. Everything has been awesome, and nothing major to complain about. Time to start thinking about the nursery and registry and baby showers. EEEKK!!!!!
